Terms of Service — Lanternwood Uploader

1. Overview
Lanternwood Uploader (“the Tool”) is an internal, proprietary command-line tool used solely by Unlimited Inc. to upload, organize and manage our own videos on our own YouTube channel (“Lanternwood Ambience”) via YouTube API Services. The Tool is not distributed, sold, or made available to any external users.
2. YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool we agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Permitted use
The Tool is used only to manage content on our own single YouTube channel. It is not used to access, modify, or delete any other user’s data, and it is not used to provide any service to third parties.
4. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty
The Tool is provided “as is” for our internal use, without warranty of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unlimited Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Tool.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
