Privacy Policy — Lanternwood Uploader

Operated by Unlimited Inc. (株式会社unlimited). Lanternwood Uploader is an internal tool used to upload and manage our own videos on our own YouTube channel (“Lanternwood Ambience”) via YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API and the YouTube Analytics API).

YouTube API Services

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data we access

Using Google OAuth 2.0, the tool accesses only our own YouTube channel for the purpose of uploading, organizing and managing our own videos, and reading analytics for that same channel (scopes: youtube.upload, youtube.readonly, youtube.force-ssl, yt-analytics.readonly). We use youtube.force-ssl only to update and organize our own content (localized metadata, playlists, pinned comments); we never access, modify or delete other users’ data.

Data we store

We store only the OAuth credentials (access/refresh token) on our own local machine, solely to perform uploads to our own channel. We do not collect, store, sell, or share any data belonging to other users or viewers.

Data retention, deletion and revoking access

The only stored data is our own OAuth token on our own machine. We can revoke this tool’s access to our Google/YouTube account at any time via Google’s security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions), which invalidates and deletes the stored authorization. Because the tool processes only our own channel’s data and stores no third-party user data, there is no other user data to retain or delete.
